📝 How to use this form

Follow these quick steps to make the form work with FlowBookings:

1. Clone/Copy this booking form to your project.
2. Install the FlowBookings app from the Webflow Marketplace.
3. Sign up for a FlowBookings account if you don’t have one already.
4. In the FlowBookings app, choose these settings in the form builder:
   • Display single service: Off
   • Category: On/Off
   • Service input type: Dropdown
5. Click Copy Cloneable & Insert Script button in the app.
6. Wait for the message "Script added to the page".
7. Publish your site and test the booking form.

That’s it - your form is now connected to FlowBookings. 🎉
